Our signature “Junmai Daiginjo Cut” is a meticulous way of trimming Wagyu, removing excess sinew and fat to bring out its tenderness and flavour.

Teppanyaki & celebrations
Wagyu courses from ¥8,800. Anniversary courses from ¥12,100, with a glass of sparkling wine and a dessert plate. A personalised message can be arranged in advance.

Discover Japanese whisky, sake, wine and non-alcoholic drinks. Courses with a free-flow drinks selection are also available for an easy-to-plan gathering.
Course prices are per person, including tax. Teppanyaki and anniversary courses are subject to a 10% service charge and a separate cover charge. Free-flow packages include tax and service; the cover charge is additional.
